What is your refund policy?

A 30-day money-back guarantee, measured by the app. Log three sessions a week for four weeks; if your longest nonstop time has not improved, a refund button appears in your Account by itself. There is nobody to argue with and nothing to prove by email.

How the guarantee is measured
How do I cancel?

The 4-week plan cancels in one tap in Account, with no email or phone call, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The 12-week program is a single payment with nothing to cancel: access ends after twelve weeks and you are never charged again.

Can I do the solo or the couples track?

Either, and you can switch in Account at any time. Steps 1 and 2 are the same on both tracks, so switching keeps your progress. The solo track is a complete program: no step needs a partner.

How do you protect my privacy?

Sign-in is by emailed link, so there is no password to leak. Your data is encrypted at rest, nothing is shared or sold, reminders arrive with a neutral subject line and can be turned off, and you can export or delete everything from Account in one tap.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

HL Wellness. Nothing on your statement says what the program is.

How do I contact you?

There is no clinical team and no advice line, on purpose: the program is designed so that the app answers the questions a therapist would, from your own numbers. For billing or technical problems, reply to any email from us.

The program

What exercises are included?

Six steps, two weeks each. Solo track: manual stimulation, then with lubricant, faster rhythm, visual stimulation, simulated intercourse, and a full ten-minute session. Couples track: the same first two steps, then four partnered positions in increasing order of intensity. Every step uses the stop-start method and, where needed, the squeeze.

See the steps
I have tried stop-start and squeeze before. What is different?

Structure and measurement. Reading about the techniques and trying them during sex is not training. The program gives you a scale to read arousal on, a timer that records every stop, a step ladder that raises the intensity in order, and a rule for advancing so you never have to guess whether you are ready. Two weeks on each step before moving on is the part most men skip on their own.

When will I see results?

The guarantee window is thirty days, because that is when a measured change in your longest nonstop time should be visible if you are practising three times a week. The full program is twelve weeks. Most men see their numbers move before they feel the difference in bed, which is why the numbers are shown to you.

What results can I expect?

The program measures one thing: how long you can hold high arousal without crossing the point of no return. That number rises over the twelve weeks and it is what transfers to sex. We publish our members' measured results once enough have completed eight sessions, and until then we cite the published research rather than invent a percentage.

The research
Are the exercises fun?

Honestly, some sessions are and some are drills. Step 1 is deliberately unexciting; steps 4 to 6 are close to sex. The point is not the session, it is the second half of the program when control starts to arrive unasked.

Can I do it without a partner?

Yes. The solo track is the complete program and ends in a full-intensity session. If a partner arrives later, switch tracks and your first two steps carry over.

How do I tell my partner?

There is an article written for them, which most men simply send. It explains what the partnered steps ask of them and what they do not.

For partners
Can I go faster?

Consistency beats intensity. Three sessions a week, logged honestly, is faster than five sessions one week and none the next. Flattering yourself in the report is the surest way to stall, because the plan calibrates to what you tell it.

Who made this? Is it medical?

Holdline is a training program built on the stop-start and squeeze techniques as they appear in the published literature since 1956. It is not medical treatment, does not diagnose anything, and was not created by a doctor. If your control changed suddenly, or you have pain or erectile difficulty, see a doctor first.

When to see a doctor
Does it use medication or desensitising creams?

No. Nothing is applied, taken, or worn.

Are Kegels included?

Not as training. For most men under forty the pelvic floor is fine and the threshold is what is out of place, so the program trains the threshold. A pelvic-floor squeeze does appear as one tool for bringing arousal down at the edge.

Why Kegels did not fix it
Does it work for gay men?

Yes. Nothing in the method depends on a partner's sex. The couples steps are written for a partner, not for a gender.

Early ejaculation

I have another health condition. Can this still help?

Often, but check first. Diabetes, neurological conditions, prostate or urinary inflammation, thyroid problems, and some medications can cause or worsen early ejaculation, and training will not fix a cause of that kind. See a doctor, then train.

What are the stop-start method and the squeeze technique?

Stop-start: stimulate to the edge, stop completely until arousal falls, resume. Squeeze: at the edge, a firm squeeze below the glans for a few seconds, which drops arousal faster than stopping alone. Both exist to keep you on the right side of the point of no return while your body learns where it is.

Do I have early ejaculation?

Clinically, ejaculation within about a minute of penetration, most times, with distress about it. There are four patterns, lifelong, acquired, variable and subjective, and they matter for whether you should see a doctor first.

The four types
Does age matter?

It changes the likely cause. Under forty the threshold is almost always the problem and training is the answer. Over forty, or after prostate surgery, the pelvic floor and medical causes become more likely, and a check is worth doing before you begin.

I last five minutes or more. Can I still improve?

Yes. Wanting more control than you have is its own pattern, and the same training moves the same threshold. The program measures your own time against your own start, not against a definition.

How the 30-day guarantee is measured

Followed the plan means 3 logged sessions in each of 4 consecutive weeks, inside the window. No results means your longest nonstop time never reached 25% above your first session and at least a full minute more. When both are true, a claim button appears in your Account with the record attached. Nothing to email, nothing to prove.
